Update - As we continue to work with Box to find a resolution to the issue effecting Box in Salesforce when using Chrome. At this time, we are awaiting a fix from Box. Please keep the workarounds below in mind:
1. Use Microsoft Edge – This issue does not appear to affect users accessing Salesforce via Edge.
2. Access documents via Box.com – Instead of opening files through Box within Salesforce, navigate directly to Box.com to access your documents.

Identified - Please see the update from Box below:
We have confirmed that there is a known issue in Box for Salesforce, and other Box Embedded context such as Box for NetSuite, Box for Teams, etc. Our engineering team are currently working on a fix. This is a high priority for us, and we're working diligently to find a solution.
As a workaround, please open the file directly from Box webapp (box.com [box.com]), or use the Box desktop application (like Box Drive).
We'll let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue affecting the ability to open files from the Documents tab within Salesforce accounts.
In the meantime, here are two available workarounds:
