Investigating - Due to yesterday’s power outage, the 4th floor printer is currently experiencing errors and cannot be used for copying.

In the meantime, please use the 3rd floor printer for any copying needs.

We have already contacted our vendor, and a maintenance request is in progress.

Update - As we continue to work with Box to find a resolution to the issue effecting Box in Salesforce when using Chrome. At this time, we are awaiting a fix from Box. Please keep the workarounds below in mind:

1. Use Microsoft Edge – This issue does not appear to affect users accessing Salesforce via Edge.
2. Access documents via Box.com – Instead of opening files through Box within Salesforce, navigate directly to Box.com to access your documents.

We’ll provide updates as soon as we identify the root cause and implement a fix. Thank you for your patience!

Identified - Please see the update from Box below:

We have confirmed that there is a known issue in Box for Salesforce, and other Box Embedded context such as Box for NetSuite, Box for Teams, etc. Our engineering team are currently working on a fix. This is a high priority for us, and we're working diligently to find a solution.

As a workaround, please open the file directly from Box webapp (box.com [box.com]), or use the Box desktop application (like Box Drive).

We'll let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue affecting the ability to open files from the Documents tab within Salesforce accounts.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Update - The vendor was unable to repair the double doors leading to reception due to a more complex issue with the OpenPath system.

Until further notice, the double doors leading to reception will continue to be propped open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

If you are entering or exiting the office outside of those hours, you will have to use the elevator (to access the 3rd or 4th floors), the patio doors, or the stairwells.

Identified - There is a current issue ongoing with the Openpath fob system near the reception doors.

The vendor has been engaged and the Openpath fob readers by reception will be down until Friday morning when they will be coming onsite to look at the lock. All other Openpath fob readers are working as expected.

Resolved - On the new Pingboard platform, your “About Me” section is limited to 500 characters. If your current section exceeds this limit, you’ll need to shorten and rewrite it before saving. After updating your text, click on another section of your Pingboard profile—this will activate the Save button (it will turn blue).
